Privacy Policy
The privacy and security of personal information is a DMARCSaaS® priority. We value transparency, and therefore want you to know how your information is collected and processed. This Privacy Policy describes DMARCSaaS® policies and procedures for collecting, using and disclosing your information on the DMARCSaaS® website (DMARCSaaS.com) and the services, features, content or applications offered by DMARCSaaS® (‘Services’). DMARCSaaS® receives information about you from your general use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cookies
DMARCSaaS uses cookies to remember custom preferences of users in addition to helping users complete tasks without having to re-enter information when browsing from one page to another or revisiting the site later. You can change the browser settings of your website to refuse cookies. However, keep in mind that some cookies are essential and refusing them may affect the functionality of the website. By using the DMARCSaaS website we assume that you agree to the use of cookies. More information about our cookie policy is available here.

Content submitted by the user
DMARCSaaS collects information submitted by users such as DMARC XML aggregated files and submission information including the source IP address of submissions and time of submission. Any content submitted anonymously (without being logged in to the Services) may be retained by DMARCSaaS indefinitely even after you stop using the Services. Any content submitted by you while logged into the Services may be retained by DMARCSaaS until account deletion. Account Deletion removes all content submitted to the Services while you were logged in to the account.

IP address information and other automatically collected information
DMARCSaaS automatically receives and records information from your web browser when you interact with the Services. This includes your IP address and cookie information. This information can be used to help DMARCSaaS understand how users use the website, combat spam / malware and enables the collection of data related to your interaction with the Services, amongst other similar purposes.

Generally, the Services automatically collect usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site. DMARCSaaS may use this data in aggregated form, merely as a statistical measure, in no way personally identifying you. This type of aggregated data informs DMARCSaaS how often individuals use various Services, helping DMARCSaaS analyze and improve them.
